When you call Custom Personnel for an employee, Custom Personnel is the primary employer. You still remain the day to day supervisor in charge of your work place, but with Custom Personnel you have an entire human resource department working for you.
We are committed to making the hiring process easier than it has ever been. We cover all of your payroll, worker's compensation, employer taxes, unemployment, all quarterly and year-end reports, and liability insurance in the event that one of our employees is negligent. With Custom Personnel handling all your employment needs, you'll have time to attend to the more crucial aspects of your company.
We offer a wide variety of positions ranging from light industrial, labor, construction, maintenance, route delivery, clerical, technical, administrative and professional positions. Your job is to tell your employment specialist exactly what you're looking for and to stay in close contact with Custom Personnel until you are placed.
Assignments can range from two hour temporary jobs to full-time positions. Employers commonly use us for 90-day temp-to-perm placements. This means that you are a temporary employee for the first 90 days. At the end of this probationary period, if both you and the employer are pleased with the match, you automatically roll over on to their full-time payroll. There are no fees to you at any point during this process. All we ask in return is your cooperation, dedication and hard work.

We do not currently have a way for you to apply with Custom Personnel online. You must come in and fill out an application. Please bring a resume with you if you have one, and that will be attached to your application. After filling out an application, you will be given an interview date and time. You will be required to view a safety video before your interview.

The 90 day temp to permanent program was designed with you, the employer, in mind. This program allows you to preview the employee for 90 days before you commit to hiring them full-time. During this 90 day period we pay the employee weekly, and bill with a ten day net. If you and the employee are both satisfied after the initial 90 day period, the employee can simply roll over from Custom Personnel's payroll to your own with no fee, or we can continue on as the employer for as long as you like.
This service is available for customers who prefer to leave the burden of providing all that is necessary for the employees to us. These customers can simply put their existing employees on Custom Personnel's payroll and we take care of the rest!
